EmpowerYOU!

Teen Girls Posing Together, Mentoring, YWCA National Capital Area

We know that there is a high need among high school girls, especially post-pandemic, for comprehensive mental health support. We are hoping to meet this need with EmpowerYOU and provide support from an intersectional and trauma-informed lens. When young girls have the tools they need to manage their mental health, they are motivated and excited to pursue their goals and dream big. Interested in getting involved or enrolling your child?
