YW WE360

Business Essentials Program

Overview:

YWCA National Capital Area is committed to educating and supporting women and entrepreneurs of color in launching and building a business. We are excited to offer the YWCA WE360 Business Essentials Program.

A self-guided program, WE360 is designed to support entrepreneurs with step-by-step training to help them launch and grow a business. The program provides education, coaching, and mentoring over a six-month period.

Starting with a simple needs assessment after registration, the program provides guidance on starting a business, developing a business plan, goal setting, and developing growth strategies. Templates are provided to assist participants in building a business plan as they move through the coursework.

Program Participant Support

In addition to free access to the YWCA Mighty Network and other online support, we offer in-person and online events with industry experts, and guidance and support from our program office.

Note: Entrepreneurs who are accepted into the WE360 Program are eligible to participate in one of two cohorts during the program year. Each cohort runs for approximately six months.
