Career Education & Training – Part-Time Case Manager
YWCA National Capital Area is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Case Manager to support our Adult Education & Training programs. This grant-funded position (through September 2026, with the possibility of extension) plays a key role in helping women and adult learners overcome barriers, build career pathways, and achieve long-term economic stability.
Reporting to the Director of Education & Training, the Case Manager will coordinate student services including recruitment, registration, intake assessments, individualized career planning, referrals, documentation, and reporting. The Case Manager works directly with students to identify strengths, address challenges such as childcare, transportation, or housing, and develop clear, measurable goals through an Individualized Career Path Transition Plan.
This is a regular, part-time, non-exempt position with standard hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some evening hours required for virtual intakes and assessments. Work is primarily office-based, with occasional offsite meetings in the Washington Metropolitan area.
Interested candidates should only apply if they meet the minimum requirements. Please send your resume and cover letter to hr@ywcanca.org.
