The Manager, Operations is an integral member of our team, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and performs a variety of day-to-day office operations and human resources related tasks. Primary responsibilities include performing human resources functions (supporting recruiting and staffing, on-boarding, benefits administration, and employee communications), supervision of front desk staff, coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance projects, and coordinating technology support services. Youth Programs Coordinator
The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the YWCA NCA’s Youth Programs. This includes identifying and recruiting potential program participants; development, coordination and implementation of school-based and community-based program activities; data collection and management; report generation and quality control; and assisting in the development of grant proposals. The Youth Program Coordinator will work in a collaborative manner with YWCA NCA staff, school administrators and counselors and community-based organizations to provide academic enrichment activities, leadership development and college and career exploration programs for middle school and high school girls.
