Manager, Operations

The Manager, Operations is an integral member of our team, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and performs a variety of day-to-day office operations and human resources related tasks. Primary responsibilities include performing human resources functions (supporting recruiting and staffing, on-boarding, benefits administration, and employee communications), supervision of front desk staff, coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance projects, and coordinating technology support services.  Application materials may be submitted to hr@ywcanca.org.

Youth Programs Coordinator

The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the YWCA NCA’s Youth Programs.  This includes identifying and recruiting potential program participants; development, coordination and implementation of school-based and community-based program activities; data collection and management; report generation and quality control; and assisting in the development of grant proposals.  The Youth Program Coordinator will work in a collaborative manner with YWCA NCA staff, school administrators and counselors and community-based organizations to provide academic enrichment activities, leadership development and college and career exploration programs for middle school and high school girls.
