YWCA WE360 Business Essentials Program

Program Overview

The YWCA has partnered with Ureeka, an online community committed to educating and supporting women and entrepreneurs of color in launching and building a business, to offer the YWCA WE360 Business Essentials Program.

A self-guided program, WE360 is designed to support entrepreneurs with step-by-step training to help them launch and grow a business. The program provides education, coaching, and mentoring over a six-week period.

Starting with a simple needs assessment after registration, the program guides participants through the basics of setting up a business, followed by a five-phase program that covers everything from business planning, goal setting, customer development and understanding the competitive landscape. Included templates allow participants to build a business plan as they move through the coursework.
