Register TODAY for the 2022 Stand Against Racism Challenge!

This year, YWCA National Capital Area is hosting the Stand Against Racism Challenge. Previously known as the 21-Day Racial Equity and Social Justice Challenge & developed by YWCA Greater Cleveland, the Stand Against Racism Challenge, which will run April 4 to May 2, is designed to give you dedicated time and space to build more effective social justice habits, particularly those dealing with issues of race, power, privilege, and leadership. 

Topics this year include:

  • Critical Race Theory
  • Reproductive Justice
  • Living Wage
  • Film and Television

How the challenge works: 

  • Participants log on to the challenge app or visit the challenge website.
  • Each weekday from April 4 to May 2, you will be presented with challenges such as reading an article, listening to a podcast, or reflecting on personal experiences and more. 
  • You can share your thoughts with us via social media and  will have the opportunity for further discussions on the app & website.
