Hotel & Hospitality:  It's no secret that the National Capital Area is a national attraction. Whether it's tourists from around the world here to see our historic sites or professionals in town for the many national conferences hosted in our region, the National Capital Area is always open for business. Our Hotel & Hospitality program prepares learners for careers providing excellent guest service and creating memorable guest experiences. Coursework in Hotel & Hospitality prepares learners for the Certified Guest Service Professionals certification exam.

Business Administration: In an increasingly digital workplace, Business Information Technology professionals are needed now more than ever. Our Business Administration Certification program offers coursework and instruction to prepare DC residents for the first two core skills certifications: IT Fundamentals and A+. The Business Administration training program prepares learners for the CompTia IT fundamentals and CompTIA A+ certification exam.

IT Fundamentals covers basic computer applications and systems. The CompTIA IT Fundamentals certificate is an introduction to the skills required to become a successful systems support professional, progressing onto more advanced certifications and career success.

CompTIA A+ certification is the essential computer technician certification. This is ideal for a career in IT or working in a field that requires a broad understanding of IT. CompTIA A+ certification can lead to other advanced certifications, including CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ with specialized experience. Additional requirements for acceptance apply.

Home Health Aide:  With nearly 5,000 residents in our region currently receiving health care in the home, home health aides are in high demand.
