For a child, anything is possible. We recognize the endless possibilities for young people and respond with programs that nurture dreams, instill confidence and encourage healthy, productive futures.
Our Children's Center, located near the Dunn Loring metro station in Vienna, Virginia, serves 100 children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old with year-round, high quality,
affordable childcare and preschool in an environment that is warm, loving, fun and educational. The YWCA understands that not all families can afford good, reliable
childcare, so we offer full or partial scholarships to 20% of our kids. Help us increase the number of scholarships we can provide by making a
donation today to the Children’s Center Scholarship program.
Staff retention and commitment is also important to the YWCA Children's Center. It sets us apart - over 80% of our instructors have five or more years of experience at the Center. It is fully licensed, with qualified teachers, nutritious meals, fitness and swimming programs, music, and language education. It is our philosophy to work with families in supporting their children as they explore the world and develop their mental and physical abilities.

Monday through Friday 7am - 6pm
Rates:(Effective Sept 1, 2007)
(Tuition must be paid in advance. No refunds will be made for services rendered. Tuition and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the YWCA of the National Capital Area).

YWCA Membership -- $60.00 per year (Yearly, Non-Refundable).
Registration -- $30.00 per year
Deposit -- ½ of monthly fee
School Year Activity Fee (Except Teddies and Pandas) -- $130.00
School Year Activity Fee for Butterflies only -- $65.00
Summer Activity Fee (Except Teddies and Pandas) -- $130.00
Fees include lunch and 2 snacks
