No Monthly Membership Fees!

YWCA National Capital Area offers a variety of group exercise classes at an affordable rate. There are no monthly fees - participants only pay for the classes they attend. Classes include: Zumba, Boot Camp. Class dates and times are listed in the calendar. Come and try a class - if you like it then bring a friend the next time. All are welcome regardless of skill level or physical fitness.

Boot Camp

An intense class, Boot Camp involves cardio fitness, light free weights, and targeted abdominal work. Come on, you can do it!

“Music 2 Your Feet” Line Dancing with Denise


Line dancing is so much fun you won't even realize you've been exercising. Just relax and let yourself move to the music. This is one class you will want to try!

Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba participants achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Kick your way to fitness with Tiffaney’s “Real Deal Kickboxing”!

Relieve your stress and get results! This class takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm.
