Master Personal Trainer, ACE Certified
Shae has 15 years of experience in the health, fitness, and sports industries. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Sports Management. She has been an athlete her entire life - playing soccer, tennis, basketball and volleyball. Shae has been a Personal Trainer for 15 years and a Master Personal Trainer for 8 years. She enjoys one on one training, sports conditioning, functional training, & coaching various sports.
Tiffaney Dildy
Personal Trainer, NFPT Certified
Tiffaney is a native of Washington, D.C., and the youngest of six. Her love for sports began at a very early age, and turned into a passion as she played football, basketball, baseball/softball, tennis and soccer. She believes that it is her job as a personal trainer to provide each person with clear and concise (constant) communication, and a challenging program to help them reach their goals and beyond. She has coached and trained people as young as 5 to 70 years of age. She would never ask any client to do something that she has not studied and, or trained in herself. All she asks from her clients is to make a commitment, be patient and to have fun! It takes time to transform and maintain a healthy lifestyle. As your trainer, she is looking to build a strong lasting relationship. She will give you the attention, motivation and guidance for a safe and effective workout. Together you will compile realistic goals to help get you achieve your definition of overall fitness.With the proper attitude, diet and training program, You Will Persevere!
