Duration: Every Monday (February 6th – March 26th)
Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm

We are so excited to offer Bollywood Dhoonya Fitness to the YWCA National Capital Area! Starting tonight at 6:45pm participants will be exposed to a cardio fitness program that is easy-to-follow! The perfectly choreographed routines will be instructed with the latest Bollywood music and guaranteed to “bolly-fit” your bod!
